Nor have the order of the steps in the actual quest been reversed. By that I mean that the Artisan asks you to make something, you turn it in and the list says: Turn object1 in to Artisan (complete), Make object1 (incomplete - even though you just did it), Turn object 2 into Artisan (incomplete), Make object 2 (incomplete).
The Make statement should always be before the 'Turn in' statement to avoid confusion and production of the same objects again.
