[Xbox] Visage of Roots - Weapon Display Bug

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
The item "Visage of Roots' which transmutes the player into a "Razorwood" type character model displays the weapons incorrectly. My shield is in my main hand and I have no offhand weapon. Please see video:
