New Rank of enchantments coming to Neverwinter in 2019 (M16).

Is that true?

Well if you look at the Heart of Fire enchant in their blog, it is rank 14 and it says it is upgradable i.e. "click to improve". So that probably says it will happen soonish, or that would be my guess.
