[PC] Liars Masquerade Mementos disappeared from event store

If you upgrade the liars mask to blue you can use the event exchange vendor to swap veils for mementos of the two types, if you then upgrade your liars mask to purple the mementos disappear from the event exchange vendor!

Is this a bug or WAI?
