[PC] Carmine Mount not showing up

i referred a friend that was interested in nw and helped him get to lvl 20 after referring him, yet after an entire day of waiting, neither me or my friend kylelol recieved the mount from the promotion, doesn't even show up as a redeemable item at the claims agent either...

took awhile but it worked, was just impatient lol
