Can't refine

I poked around for a while (online and search here) and maybe I missed the fix,but if someone can help me i'd appreciate it.So basically it's very simple,the refine button is darked out and it's a problem I haven't seen before.Thanks in advance :) Oh and it's just one character (my newest).

    You don't have one regent. The first one. Probably, Greater Mark of Potency.

    Thanks for your reply.I have plenty (in bank or guild bank like most),it's not the problem,which should be obvious since it's the beginning of the refining process not the end.I would have to refine up to that before I can upgrade it.I can't refine at all,this is the problem.I have almost a million RP and it's just blacked out,so I can't refine.I'd really appreciate any help.Has anyone even seen this?I googled a bunch of stuff,unequiped,went to a different map,tried again etc.Logged out..I tried a bunch of things and it's probably something super simple,I just can't figure it out.Also,it's been like this for a few months,I just haven't put a huge effort into figuring out why,but it's to the point where I had to ask here cause I tried everything.

    You're missing the first reagent. It wants to complete the level and be upgraded to the next stage. Kick the slider back a notch.

    ok y'all it is NOT the reagent, it is just beginning the rank of 30 for Blue... besides the slot for the ward is not opened.

    More information is needed. You have some sort of green tutorial popup to the left of your refinement window, I can not see what that is about. That could potentially be blocking it. If that's not the issue, try relogging (or well, try again after the servers come back up).

    The following are just for try:

    1. slide the bottom slider to the right a bit.
    2. Move the artifact to the inventory bag and try to refine.

    What he said. You don't have enough refinement in there. You have to manually move the bottom slider all the way over. Filling the top slider only fills the refinement amount for the level you are on (level 30 in this case). The bottom slider fills in for each level needed.

    Thanks guys,i'll try these things.I have already tried to unequip and refine,move it to the bank,log off etc but i'll try the few other things.

    My refine button is still darkened and I have almost a million RP.I tried everything =/ Any more ideas? Is there an in game support?
