M15: Hunter Ranger feat - Stillness of the Forest

The rework of this feat contains too many bugs to list in complete detail and should be reverted to the previous version. Please see the discussion/feedback thread.
I've tried testing the feat repeatedly using two loadouts that are identical except for the presence or absence of 5 points in Stillness of the Forest. All tests are performed without summoned companions. Starting with the no-stillness loadout, I make a note of my crit stats and fire a few rounds at a training dummy. I then switch to the stillness loadout and the icon appears, and the stack counter moves to six. I open my character stats and make a note of my crit stats. They're unchanged. I fire a few more rounds at a training dummy and notice no change. I move around a bit and watch the stack counter drop a point, then return to 6 quickly when I stop moving. I make sure I'm out of combat and switch back to my no-stillness loadout. The icon and stack counter stay on the buff bar, even though the feat is disabled. To remove them, I have to change zones.
In short, there is no functional change to my Critical stats by enabling or disabling Stillness of the Forest.
The new feat design is not only filled with bugs, but also poorly received by the archer community as a whole. The only good solution to these problems is a to leave Stillness of the Forest as it exists in M14.
