Please help how is it possable to have a deflect severity buff of a million

got my but handed to me in pvp by a tr 10345 gear score with a deflect severity buff of 1000000 yes that is correct have pic to prove how is this possable.

    That'll be "Impossible To Catch".
    TR Encounter Power that "Deflects all incoming attacks" in normal mode and if used in Stealth, "become completely untouchable to your enemies"

    Along with almost everything else on the TR this is getting nerfed with M15.

    Due to various PVP situations making TR over powered they are losing about 40% of their DPS as well.

    Of course this all carries into the PVE TR, so if ITC gets nerfed too much, don't expect your friendly TR to roll into many red zones to revive people in future.
