A few days ago I started to experience a bug with armor enchants like negation, fireburst type etc
While usually the visual effect should only be visible while on foot sometimes it is visible while riding on a mount which makes it not visible on foot and so the only way that I've found to temporarily fix it is to go to armor menu and turn off the effect and turn it back on which gets annoying
