Do you have to complete all of the boons in order to create a signet of patronage?

    You have to have the campaign completed. Whether or not that includes the boons depends upon how the campaign tracker is set up. Most of them the boons are separate from the campaign completion.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

    Just rechecked STK. You have to have all of the boons too. 88,000 more voninblod. : :'(

    I made all my Signets off my CW. I was in a decent position with him to make as I needed.
