in Player Feedback (Xbox One)
I have been trying to claim The Skeletal dog from the rewards section on the arc app, and it keeps telling me an error has occurred, or failed to unlock, now i know i have plenty of room for companions, plus i have claimed a few rewards for neverwinter, but it wont let me claim the skeletal dog, can someone please take a look and message me on xbox one please.

    You won't get any "help" from the game by posting here. You need to contact support. If you want players to try to troubleshoot, post a few screenshots of what you are seeing on the ARC claim page and at the reward agent.
