Tenebrous Rank 7 vs Rank 8

well this one is pretty easy to reproduce, so i'm posting it here per discussion with the help desk. if you pick up a Tenebrous Rank 7 it says 3% chance to do 3% extra damage. if you look at refining it to a rank 8, the visual on rank 8 says 1% chance to do 1% damage, and it's blue instead of purple. Needless to say I'm not going to upgrade my rank 7s any time soon. I have the pix but apparently you can't attach pictures to a post.

It looks like it is the rank 7 which is wrong. rank 7 should be blue but it is purple.
rank 7: 3% and 3% (should be blue but it is purple)
rank 8: 1% and 1%. (blue)
rank 9: 2% and 2%. (purple)
rank 10: 3% and 3% (purple)
rank 11: 4% ann 4% (purple)
rank 12: 5% and 5% (purple)
rank 13: 6% and 6% (orange)
rank 14: 7% and 7% (orange)

So, I think rank 7 is wrong and it looks like a rank 10. May be it should be 0.3% and 0.3%.

You can easily check them by looking for them in AH.
