freezing game ?

The game officially freezes, so why the server is not moving in a flowing manner. No lag but the game freezes in a strange way.

The game has been constantly freezing up on me since last night. I've tried reboot, changing to lower graphics, etc., but no luck. I don't know how to stop this from happening (constantly)! Any ideas?

Same. It has been stop-stuttering the whole day. Not noticeable lag (server not responding), but actually stops in virtually everything, then jumps forward, trying to catch up. The effect basically cuts out the middle part of the player, effectively removing them from contributing(but still taking dmg).
