Two out of eight of my characters have been married. The Ironcrowns arrived in Neverwinter already married and the Zorgs fell in love during their adventures and married. Llorna Zorg is a tiefling who found a Thayan Red Wizard in the Neverdeath Graveyard. They are both anti-heroes (they lack conventional heroic qualities and attributes such as idealism, courage and morality) Count Byron is still a Red Wizard and while he despises all others, he has no love for Lord Neverember, his goals, or values. Meanwhile Llorna is an escaped prisoner banished to the Underdark for crimes against her people. Shortly after their matrimony they ended up in an unknown realm called "Detroit, Michigan". They spent 30 years lost in that world, and raised a daughter who remains there a champion, in that distant realm. They returned to Neverwinter and became semi-retired adventures and founded The Bank of Zorg to assist struggling adventures.
Meanwhile the Ironcrowns came to Neverwinter seeking the souls of dragons for their deity Asmodeus. Ashmadai loyal to Asmodeus, ruler of the Nine Hells, but in disguise as dragon hunters and welcomed as heroes of Neverwinter.
Once out hunting they shed their disguises and Areo is a powerful warlock that consumes all in her wake. Her talents are only match by her demonic husband Vhex who would gladly follow her back to the Nine Hells. Recently they went in search of more powerful souls following the Vistani into Barovia. Vhex and Aero quickly realized the land was cursed with soulless undead and vampires. They decided to return but could not find the Vistani talisman given to them to navigate the toxic fogs. They are trapped in Barovia, until they find the talisman, and their way back to the Swordcoast.
