I have to agree with the folks that mention that people that do it for their own ego stocking benefit.
I still remember being in the Dwarven Valley farming BI to upgrade DF armors. And I happened to get caught when the PvP event kicked off...
I started heading out... and a TR hunted me... alllllll the way back to the entry campfire.... For what? To get an easy kill to boost his own numbers?
I had finished my quests in the Haftwood and was heading out. Found out in the road that a TR followed me out. He died in the dirt.
I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

This isnt a subscription based game like guild wars. You can argue the same for 70 pvp. So if you dont want to support the game and get items youd rather it be inactive
I have supported the game. What I do not support is the PvP model.

Knight online has it.

I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!

I respectfully disagree. NW PvP is fun... when you are not hilariously roflstomped. Leveling toons are spared this humiliation, but now there are too few of them to fill Qs.
New classes means lots of new low levels. An influx of low level toons means viable low level PvP.
Doesn't look like that will happen. Though.
I am Took.
"Full plate and packing steel" in NW since 2013.
New classes can mean lots of new "low levels", but only temporarily. It doesn't take long for characters in this game to move past "low level". I would guess part of the problem is that it is nearly impossible to prevent out-leveling the lower pvp brackets for a long enough time to build a working pvp community at those levels.

I don't know which part you disagree with me. "NW PvP is fun... when you are not hilariously roflstomped." I agree especially 2nd part of the sentence. "Leveling toons are spared this humiliation" I disagree when there is a influx of new character from season players and they mean to build a new class player for PVP.
e.g. a new level 4 character that has just arrived in PE has item level 21.
I have just picked one of my level 4 characters (for storage purpose) and equip something free. He became over item level 600 and I did not even try. i.e. I have not input any insignia, enchantment, runestone. For new player, they are not going to invest that much for their character. For season player, they don't need to invest anything and just use their spare parts.
