[XBOX ONE] Crashing To Home Screen When Grouping With Great Weapon Fighters

Hi all, I am new to this game. Have been playing about 2 weeks now and am really enjoying this game so far. However, I am having an issue when I group with Great Weapon Fighters and crashing to the Home screen. This happens primarily in dungeons but also at the heroic encounter Charthraxis. Anyone else have this issue or is it a known issue? It is getting frustrating having to continually log back into dungeons and not getting to fight at all.
