Mount equip bonus lowered?

So i recently got my 1st leg mount unfortunately a swarm. I only say unfortunately because its equip was 4k lifesteal severity and im a psop so its useless. I just looked in the auction house at the black ice warhorse cuz i wanna buy a leg mount thats useful. I saw it was 3200 power not 4k and i just looked my swarm is 3200 life severity..... did i miss a nerf update or am i bugged?

Were you by any chance in an area with level adjustment?
If so, that might be the problem.
