Quartermaster's in M15

So, is this a bug or a ninja nerf?

My QMs (2x R12 and 2x R13), and the bags you get from them now mostly drop R2 and R3 enchants.
Was that intended? If so, why wasn't it listed on the updates sheet, and if it wasn't, when will it be fixed?

I hope so they will fix that. Prob enchant % do not stack on PTR.

Where did you open the bags? The bags drop enchants relevant to the level of the area you're in, so if you're in a low level area you'll only get low level stuff.

They were working fine yesterday (the missus opened some in the River District and got the usual Rank 6s), and there hasn't been a patch since then.

maybe they raised the percentage to drop r6/r7 ?

Confirming they're still dropping R6s for me (in Bryn Shander), with 1x R14 and 2x R12 Quartermaster's (11.5% combined).

Same on live (I rarely see R7s) I have 12%.

I noticed the R2 & R3 drops, but I also noticed most of the bags were not purple Spoils of War, but White, Green or Blue
