what i read pretty much all class wide:
is mostly some base damage up at best round 25%, but all class damage major nerf
but for that nerf as counter adds faster encounter casts.
and lower interupt chances.
and overall 50% less damage for all class.
i guess this is to make space for another class/campange boons and add a more responsive feel.

i guess high difficulty content now gets 50% harder with this.
so its a speed cast upgarde and power downgarde,
since you now need to press button more offen , what will lead to not be registered anyway...
in otherwords that speed increase will not help
since you can not use more attack button presses anyway,
what in end leads to less damage overall.
i guess this is to make space for newer content,
sinces nerf like that allways leads to a modul after:
to readd as other class/campange boons that refill the removed nerf content.
