Disable "Weird" Gear Procs in PVP

For the love of whatever god(s) they worship, can the devs please please please disable procs on gear like Mane of the Manticore, Cowl and Crown of the Dead, and other "weird" procs in PVP. It's bad enough that some classes are over performing in pvp, then when you combine those classes with these items, it really just destroys any kind of balance there might have been.

Cowl of the Dead gives everyone the same feature that GF's had on Bull Charge, which they removed from Bull Charge for the same reason why Cowl of the Dead is broken in PVP, especially when you put it on a TR.

Mane of the Manticore does way too much damage, and dailies are too easy to spam, it turns tanks and healers into strikers, it destroys balance by allowing some builds to be both tanky with burst dps which would otherwise be balanced with one or the other.

And I think a fair expectation would be to have these items' procs disabled in PVP by Thursday next week. These items have been a problem long enough, and I really think it's time to flip the switch on stuff like this. It was done with Ring of the Curse Bringer, but the response for that change took way way too long.

I just want to say, PVP is the only reason I still play this game, Castle Ravenloft is not worth farming/running after the few times you do for the *lord's gear pieces you want. ToNG and CoDG are old and boring but worth farming for UES if we need AD. There really is no reason for people to play the game anymore, it's either old and boring, or not worth doing. My point, is that if PVP was reworked to the point were it was somewhat balanced between classes, and fair, with some decent rewards, the game would have a good reason for players to continue progressing their characters, to max them out, and to play and spend money on different characters of a different class, even when dungeons get old, boring, or not worth playing anymore. Furthermore, the gear for the upcoming M15, sux compared to the *lord's gear, this doesn't give the serious end-game players any motivation to invest time/money into the game, at least not for the foreseeable future, possibly until M16 is released. And what new content is there to run? 1 skirmish. It's still going to be farming ToNG and CoDG. :s
