what's with game loading error?

I tried getting on NW on my x box after maintenance supposed to be done but keep getting time out error while trying to load into the game. What's the deal?

Maintenance isn't an exact science. Sometimes it gets done faster than expected and sometimes it takes a little longer.

Sometimes someone accidentally snaps a circuit board in half. Sometimes boo leads a hamster rebellion and they go on strike for more sunflower seeds. Other times Minsk gets in the server room and starts tearing it apart looking for boo. Give the good wood elves a little bit more time and they'll get it back online.
