how do i change to pathfinder

i hit 45 this morning but i want to change my ranger in to the pathfinder option, and for some of the stuff you need zen but i cant find a astral to zen comparison what is the exchange rate in this game?

AD to zen is currently 500:1 with about a 3 week backlog.

If you just hit 45 you have the 2nd loadout available that you got at level 30. Use that to make your pathfinder.
