    So, now it's better to sell Ice Kits instead of "converted" rAD. (M15)

    As with the other changes, the additional campaign currency is to encourage players to, y'know, *play* the game - do a quest or two. The daily and weekly from Cloaked give 25 EoE, and you only need 4 for the 1k rAD - so you do the weekly, and you've got 6k rAD. Easy.
