A question regarding multiple soundcards on a PC.

Could you please either show me, or fix the fact that if you want to play video games with a different soundcard than your default windows soundcard, if theres a way to make the game remember this fact whenever you relaunch the game? As it stands right now, everytime I launch this game its sounds play through my desktop speakers until i can enter into PE and access audio options there. I can't even change it at char select, the game sees no audio devices till the character is all the way logged in atleast once. Like clockwork I have to change the playback for voice and sound from desktop to logitech headphones every god damned time. No, I do not want to set my logitech headset as default, and yes its possible to fix this since every other game does it already.
