Storm kings thunger campaign store rings

So looking through the campaign stores i noticed the ostorian rings of hellig and all that are now available for 1800 voninblood in the campaign store.

However, despite me having the campaign completed (every slot but the repeateable frosted glyphs and the key one) and 15,0000 voninblood, the rings say requirements not met.

So what requirements do i need to meet with a 100% completed campaign, all the boons, and enough voninblood to buy a few?

Do you have all the tasks maxed out? 100% means you got to the end of the campaign, but some of the tasks can be done 3 times to unlock more stuff from the store.

FBI SVA and MSVA completed, along with the no dying task in MSVA.

800 rep, 29 ten towns supplies, 134 secrets of ostoria, 24 runic pieces, and 15,131 voninblood

Not a big deal, but i have no use for voninblood anymore. Salvage would be nice.

Across multiple characters. I have 3 i main, all have done every task on the campaigns. Neither of them can spend their voninblood on those rings in the campaign store.

I may have finished the campaigns out after unlocking sva with the tokens but not sure.
