Old bug strikes back! No chest after defeating Ras Nsi

Heya!

After defeating Ras Nsi. There was no chest and we had to repeat the boss fight. You guys might wanna look at this:

I'm feeling that something glitched out in that particular run causing the boss to not die. Doesn't seem to be a normal occurrence. Please let me know if it happens again and I'll forward it.
