Reinstall of Windows - Reinstall of game?

I'm planning on doing a reinstall of Windows on my machine in the near future.
And I'm curious, about the game files.

After I get Windows done, drivers installed and the OS patched, since I have the game files on a different drive, do I need to do a reinstall again?

Last i checked the game is over 17GB and thats amount of time.

    You can just copy the entire folder to the new drive and create a shortcut to the launcher wherever you prefer. I replaced my computer back in the Spring and it worked perfectly. There isnt an actual installation process.
