I remember something about enchantment swaps being very complicated. That said, artifact powers not sticking is really annoying. Especially at 5k ad a pop.
I've got two loadouts exactly the same, 'cos how how poorly it was implemented. I've been wasting gold trying to fix it, only to have it screw up and save it to the wrong one. It's BAD database design. My wife is a database programmer and even she says a "delete" function is database programming 101.
Well, part of the problem is that copying one loadout into another is counter-intuitive. You have to activate the loadout you want to replace, then you can copy a loadout into that one. When I've had to do this, I keep trying to activate the one I want to make a copy of, instead. I have five loadouts on my warlock. Three are bog-standard Hellbringer, with the primary change being which companions are active. One is Soulbinder, and the last one is a Temptation build. I have different mounts set as the active mount so I can easily tell them apart in case I forget to change loadouts (and I often do). Getting all these loadouts correctly set up was a pain. I used several retraining tokens on them.

What do you want to delete? loadout? You need to pay to add a new one. Do you really want to delete it? What is the operation that needs you to spend gold in loadout?
