Is this true or is this a bug? I noticed since a few days that I can only refine 100k rad on my account. If this is true I think I am going to think seriously about quitting the game.
Also since short (maybe at the same time) I can only get the daily rewards from the random quests with 1 character, and now this?
What's the purpose of this? Do they want me to play only with 1 character?

Feel free to write your thoughts about the refine ADs in this thread:

Now, if you were one of those players who thought the purpose of the game was to farm AD with an army of alts, yeah - you will have to think differently - like focusing on making AD through the AH.
I kind-of suspect the developers wanted to discourage the "alt armies" because the players running those were probably not buying much (if any) Zen, so even if they quit, it will not have a significant effect.
First of all, Spidey, I have a life so I dont have much time to search around.
Second, @ adinosii, I dont see any improvement at all on getting less rad's. Probably some players (like you?) with millions and millions of rad's dont get affected by that measures. But for ppl like me with few rad's it's a disaster.
If the developers are focusing ONLY on ppl who buy lots of zen, then that would be a big mistake. Why? Because then the game would become rather deserted, And games with low population do not survive.
Go ahead and stop playing, I get 3 million a month from the RAD, but I make more of my AD from sales in the auction house. Neverwinter is a game, not a job, unless you are an employee of Cryptic. I have fun playing this game and I know others do too. IF Cryptic pulled the ZAX out tomorrow and said no more conversion of AD and Zen, I would continue to play.
I also want thank all the players who make Zen purchases with cash, people playing the game for free don't seem to realize the truth about them. The ones you call "whales" are the ones who keep the servers up and running and pay to keep this game alive. They are the real heroes of Neverwinter.

After all, this is a RPG, not a farming sim.
