For the love of RNGesus, please please please implement and Open All option on stacks. I'll send you a video of me begging on my knees with carpel tunnel braces on my hands if it would help....
I honestly don't mind clicking as I can often open Leadership Bag's or Chests from other stones in relatively short order.
Still it would be nice if the GEAR icon on the inventory slot that allows you to convert Enchantments, Gems, or other items... ...was expanded to allow you to open specific types of Bags, Chests or items perhaps 25 at a time. Then with 4 clicks you'd open a 100 rather than having to click it 100 times.
That I would surely support and welcome something like that.

Omg just use a free gs mouse autoclicker program and be done with it : D i got tired of waiting for them to fix this ...
and save your poor finger clicks
the devs dont need to do this... there are plenty of macro keyboard and mouse bound setups as well
Erm.... so those programs are against the ToS and you just admitted to using one on th official forums. Smart move.
They should provide a way for us to do that sort of thing without cheating. It’s not like opening them en-mass would break anything. It just means no more need to spam the mouse button so much it starts melting....

really so someone that has a programable logitech mouse and keyboard to press the mouse button thousands of times is cheating ya ok right dont worry with leaderhsip nerfed we wont have lots of boxes to open en mass anyways from alts army which are probably also against the TOS Why so many boxes you need to open Friend ??
some one that is using build in key binds and macros embedded into game code is cheating right ? LOL
if you felt so strongly about this you could have sent me a private message instead of try to publicly shame
so no gaming keyboards headsets or mice cause its against TOS just lol dude cryptic may as well drop their sponsors then too
next you are going to say the cleric cant use keyboard macros either( built in the game ) to help target specific party members to heal buff ... also breaks the TOS right ? .
are you saying on xbox and ps4 there is no turbo press key available either?
heck even the original Nintendo had a controller with turbo press
i suggest you reread the Tos again yourself about malicious programs and cryptic scanning for them if the function is built into the keyboard / program or mouse is it malicious then ??
so anybody using any modern keyboard or mouse is essentially violating the TOS then ? is hardware a "program"
I have arthritis in my hands so ya you got me *holds hands up* same concepts for deleting emails in mass ..there is no auto option except one at a time clicking on delete furiously ...
Your righteous indignation is irrelevant. Just go read the ToS. Using 3rd party tools and programs of any kind that simulate game behavior in any way is a violation of the ToS - period. PWE has in the the past made exceptions for those individuals that have physical disabilities of some sort and need such tools to play, provided the use of those tools doesn't allow the player to gain advantage over other players in some way not otherwise supported by the game itself. However, that doesn't change that those tools are against the rules, it simply means they allow exceptions (which they are entitled to do) for specific circumstances.

The term of service:
23.1The Games are designed for play only as offered through our Service. You agree not to access, create or provide any other means through which the game may be played by others, such as through server emulators. You agree not to use any hardware or software, including but not limited to third party tools, or any other method of support which may in any way influence or give you an advantage in the use of the Services which is not authorized by us, including but not limited to the use of ‘bots’ and/or any other method by which the Service may be played automatically without human input. You acknowledge that you do not have the right to create, publish, distribute, create derivative works from or use any software programs, utilities, applications, emulators or tools derived from or created for the games, except that you may use the Software to the extent expressly permitted by these Terms and the applicable EULA. You may not take any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You do not have ownership of and may not sell, transfer, trade or auction any Accounts, characters, items, coin, Zen or Proprietary Materials, nor may you assist others in doing so, except as expressly authorized by us. We do not recognize any transfers occurring outside of the Service of anything related to the Service.
"... not to use any hardware ..." ".. played automactically without human input ..." "... use of the Services which is not authorized by us ..."
So, yes, using keyboard/mouse macro technically violates Neverwinter ToS. I don't know how they can enforce it but it is a violation technically.
*** The game can read your mind. If you want it, you won't get it. If you don't expect to get it, you will. ***
@knowfea Read the stuff that isn't highlighted too. Because creating software for the game are against the ToS too unless they're expressly permitted by the company and macros would usually be considered software and PWE has said "no extensions, full stop". So yeah, macros are also against the ToS. But if you want to test your luck have at it. Just don't come whining if there are consequence.
Logic is the beginning of wisdom, not the end of it.
So do fully automated bots, at some point. They don't program themselves, and they don't start running on your account on their own either. Keybinds are a supported part of the game and are therefore entirely legit, but macros created in 3rd party programs are definitely cheating.
One thing though: Even though professions is going away, a collect all from any given stack would still be a great feature. Profession boxes stack up fast, but they're not the only type of box that people stack up so an Open All option on any stackable box would be a very welcome QoL feature.

At least give us an "Open 10/20/100 more" button on the contents screen.
