Cant beat ras nsi (HoC)

I know it must be a bug, but I can't find anything about it. I can get him down to half of his health pretty quickly and he just teleport to his starting position and he says "you will regret coming here " or whatever, with a full health bar, so I fight him to half his hp again and it starts over again. Am I doing something wrong? Is this a know and very under documented bug? Any I ideas on how to finish this ? Thanks in advance.

    What class are you playing as? The only time I have such an issue with bosses is on my TR using Bloodbath.
