Trex, Swarm or Tenser?

Hi

I am HB Fury and struggling to find info on BiS mount for SW. Which is currently better, the TRex, Swarm or Tenser?

Are you a DPS SW, a Support SW or a Hybrid? Do you PvP, just do PvE, or do both?

For a debuffer, TRex gives the most debuff.

If you do a mix of high damage (as an overall contribution to the party) and buffing/debuffing, then Swarm would be better than Trex.

If you are primary DPS then it would likely be Tenser that gives you the most DPS - we are talking about maybe 1-3% more DPS than a Swarm, depending on what power levels you have (unbuffed & buffed), so not a lot. However, the Tensor is a bit clunky to use, vs the Swarm (there is a slight delay using Tensors, and you have to stand still for it to activate otherwise it doesn't activate).

For Active Bonuses: Tensor +4000 Recovery, Trex +2000 Power/+2000 Armor Pen, Swarm +4000 Lifesteal Severity. So this depends on what gear/enchants you're using, and what stat levels you are trying to reach. However, I think Swarm has the worst Active Bonus in PvE.

The Swarm has extra uses in PvP (if you do that).

I have the Tensor, but not the other two. If I had to choose again, I would choose the Swarm, because I do PvP and PvE, and I can also play a hybrid (but sometimes primary DPS) CW. I think the Swarm is the most versatile.

Personally, I like the look of the Tenser as a mount. Some might like the TRex/Swarm. But still, I am happy with my Tensor's because it looks cool

Thanks very much for that feedback.

I am a DPS SW. I used to PVP very long ago, but these days PVE only. I will go back to PvP when I think I stand a chance of getting away from the camp fire.

I agree, the disc does not look cool

Thanks again for the info, I think I will decide between disc and swarm but for now disc seems to be winning.
