Apocalypse set STILL broken

It's been two months now, and the Apocalypse set bonus is still broken and applying the debuff to the wearer. Can we get any kind of update on when this will be fixed? It's incredibly frustrating being PUNISHED for getting one of the new sets and actually holding on to the dagger all this time. I don't have the resources to dump into a whole different set while I wait for the devs to fix what should be a simple issue.
