Missing Mounts

I stopped playing around Strongholds and just came back to the Game both me and my Roommate are missing our event mounts, and any purchased mounts, My Gelatinous Cube was lost and is now Rare instead of the upgraded Epic he was at. Zen Mounts/Pack Mounts were retrievable.

Did you checked your stable? (Character sheet > Mounts tab)

Ya I checked the stable. I had to reredeem all my Zen stuff, can't with non zen items though...
