F-Society Alliance - Helm20 - Recruiting Guilds

Hello Everyone,
Alright, is it just me or are guilds dropping off like flies? Seriously we have had several guilds just wither up and die over the last few months. So currently F-Society is recruiting for 1 potential sword and 3 gauntlets. We would prefer all guilds be over level 9, the sword to be at least a 12. We aren't trying to be cruel we have tried giving the smaller guilds a shot but they keep folding and it's impossible to maintain an alliance with dead guilds.
Alright, swords must host 2 alliance wide events a week, and schedule them please so that everyone gets a chance to attend. Marauders, dragonflight, tiamat, demo, mdemo, codg, etc. it doesn't matter. It just has to be a scheduled open event for the alliance to attend. The helm F-Society hosts Marauder twice a week, Codg, and Dragonflight. Its the same schedule every week so everyone knows and can attend if they want.
F-Society is also nearly finished with it's primary structures and will be cycling other guilds up to the helm to enjoy the better discount. So that is where the potential sword spot comes in. F-soc needs about 100k frozen and dark and it will build the marketplace to 10. After which one of the current swords will be taking the helm. If we find a guild that fits us well they will be able to assume the sword. If not one of the more active gauntlets will. The entire system of cycling guilds up and which guilds are picked is a combination of time in alliance and activity level of your guild.
So if any guilds are interested in joining us please message myself here or you can message our helm leader at his psn @waynevn, or any officer from F-Society. We've got great people that work really hard to grow their guilds and our alliance. We run lots of content, and although the alliance chat isn't super active the psn chats are hysterical.
