strong hold boons

Please tell me i have lost my mind. Ilogged on with my lvl 70 GWF. I was going to try a PvP event in IWD so i moved my strong hold boon from power to armpin. I noticed my power did not drop as far as i was expecting witch made me investagate our guild is a lvl 20 with lvl 10 boon stucures. this should give me from the guild boons a 8k power boost but i am only getting 5.2k on my GWF I used to get 8k the last time i payed any attention to them. So i cked other alts i had in the guild. the results veried form 5k on gwfs 7k on one of my HRs to the full 8k on one of mt TRs talked to some of my guildies with simular builds who are getting the full 8k power off the boon tryed a forced verify, logged off and on reset the guild boons no luck. any help or ideas?

He means when you switch from power to ArmPen boon. The ArmPen boon gives you back 2000 Power because of the Disciple of war.

i.e. When you have 8000 Power boon, you had 8000 Power.
When you switch to ArmPen Boon, you got 8000 ArmPen and 2000 Power because of the feat. i.e. you only lose 6000 Power.

You probably also have Berserker's Rage insignia bonus and full AP when you check, that gives 10% of ArmPen as Power. i.e. your extra 800 Power.

In short, when you use Power Boon, you gain 8000 Power.
When you use ArmPen Boon, you gain 8000 ArmPen + 2000 Power + 800 Power (when you have full AP). The difference of Power is 5200.
