freezing game bug ?

do you do anything, use skill to freeze the game? it's just like the game is locked why am I going to play this game officially.

Often posting following what patch or Thursday Update you first noticed the issue helps narrow down possible causes. Still I suspect your problem sounds far more recent similar to this:
