Salvage errors during refining??

Noticed since the patch have been getting salvage errors popping up when refining uncommon equipment...the refining seems to be working ok but get red errors...Also shortly after that got logged off for being inactive for 15 minutes and had just finished malabogs castle less than five minutes before and had maybe been active a couple minutes while trying to look through the forums to see if anyone else reporting the issue. lol. will try to capture it better the next time. Seeing this on multiple alts and my brother said he was seeing it on his too.

    I've seem an error message like that pop up if you spam click the Finish Now button.

    I don't recall hitting it more than once. But maybe I am somehow clicking more than once.

    Sometimes server lag or latency causes the game to act like you have double tapped something. My CW sometimes teleports even if I presses and held 'W.'
