Literally ruinning PvP. Scourge Warlocks are literally only good because of this item. Can it be fixed or just deactivated in PvP ? It's not that hard

    This is fixed in mod 14 to not proc 5-12 times as it currently does on them on console. On Aug 28 it will only proc one time; no more multi procs.
