Upgrade inventory bug

When I open my upgrade window I am shown Items that do not exist in my inventory and am not shown anything from my StarShip which is what I am trying to upgrade, this includes weapons, engines, kit’s, deflectors and shields. If I un-equip them they still don’t show up. I have cleared the PS4 Cache multiple times and it didn’t help either. Also when I select those same items an upgrade option does not appear like it does with other Starship systems.
