Portable sparring dummy

Is there one in game? If not I think it would be a good idea whether an item or a VIP bonus. It would be nice to be able to summon one (out of combat of course). I like to fill up divine power on my cleric before going into dungeons. Or if you just want to test stuff without seeking one out.
