You currently don't have problems with find party in game? I try play my TR IL 14,5k and have huge problems (tong/codg). How it looks at a higher IL level? It's easier to found pt? or only GWF desirable? I don't know if it makes sense to continue game with TR only in etos/cn etc. it's boring and AD from the drop so low that it will not pound 16k for a few months -.-

*walking with the guild is eliminated, we play often at various hours.

I've been making my own groups since i was ~15k, never had a problem.
Just be good and people will add you to their friends list.
Also when you reach higher item level finding parties is as easy as calling in chat "18k tr lfg stuff"

Make your own party and hope no one kick you out... or join a channel that will add you to cr groups
