With the Quest Tracker changes, is there a way for me to NOT have any Quest Tracker on my screen?

I used to be able to close all tracking to reduce lag. Now it seems no matter what I do, I always have at least 1 quest on my screen Tracker. I hate this. Kill it with fire.
