Lag bug in large pop zones

Not sure what happened in the mod14 release, but since it came out there have been huge lag in areas with many people, mainly and predominantly PE and port N. Before m14 i could go into those locations with graphics lvl on medium. Since the mod, i have to slide the bar all the way to minimum to minimize the lag, yes it still there. Other places i find lag: Tiamat big time, Edemo, OMU BHEs. If there was a change in graphics handling with m14 please tell me. If i need an update with some graphics cards or something because of m14 please tell me. I run my internet through phone USB, and that is usually enough. My PC is well able to handle the graphics, so i'm thinking there is something data related to the LAG problem.
