is the Tarokka Deck artifact working as intended?
little to no minions are affected by the marionette card, when I'm lucky enough to pull the card I can either not cast the card as no creatures near me are classed as minions or have already died from a single aoe before it has a chance to take effect. making it next to useless in open world or dungeons as an active artifact.
so my question is, is the artifact working as intended?
if yes its working as intended, can you change the card to read might affect minions rather than kills all minions.
