Beaded Neck and waist set

I'm thinking about changing my Neck and waist set to the Fanged beaded Amulet and the beaded sash. I see a lot of people with this Masterwork 3 combo But it always show they have (0/2) of set. Why is this and If I get this set will I get the encounter power bonus. It should at least show (1/2) of each one?

    Just Bought set. It displays (2/2) on my end.

    When you inspect someone, there are many display errors because of the way it shows/compares numbers. Ilvl being the biggest, but you can't really trust inspect to do the right thing. As for why the 0/2 it is because of YOU, you have zero of the two pieces and it displays that to you.
