Alchemy Rank 20 Alchemical Research missing

Rank 20 experimentation is there and I have done it over and over and it does not reward the item(s) I need to progress. Even so, there is no rank 20 research once I do get it, if I even get it. All previous ranks of Alchemical research are gone too. I'm 20 and it starts at 21 so what do I do?

Have you gotten all 3 new recipes. I didn't notice that the research job had appeared below the experimentation job, so I had just kept on doing it, expecting to get research items to level up, but it didn't need them for lvl 20
