Fungal Flail Snail tool tip discrepancy

in General Discussion (Xbox One)
When asking about the Priestess about the rewards for the festival, the tool tip shows the Fungal Flail Snail as Bind on Equip. However, in the store tool tip it shows as Bind on Pickup. Which is it?

    Both. If you get it as a reward from an event, it is BOE. If you buy it from store, it is BOP. Same for pig, boar etc.
