Game crashes PC

Just before the launch of ravenloft the game has been crashing my video card, every update the crashes are more and more on the card. As of today I can play for 5min before the screen goes black and I need to crash my PC. I know it's not my card I can play other games with no issues.

    I'm a new player to Neverwinter and I have been having this problem too. Some of the game crashes display an error message related to DirectX-3D; some have no error message, just a popup reporting window. Either way it seems to be this game only as I play others (WoW) with no issues and no crashes of any significance. My system exceeds the game requirements, including my video/graphics card, and I am looking for a solution if there is one. I investigated the DirectX issue, but with Windows 10 there is no choice as to the version you use (it includes DirectX 11 and 12 and presumably should use whichever version is required by a program?). Frustration level getting high.
