Seals of the Crown Accessories

In the Seals of the Crown store, under the accessory tab are the same rings that are available for Seals of the Brave. So, either you can run 6 HEs in River District and get a ring, or run REQ or CR for the SAME RING.

This has got to be a mistake.

    No.
    its not a mistake, its how they intended
    there are no new rings at the moment, and after you are done gearing your toons, you need something to spend your seals on
    so think of it as "place holders" or seal -> ad

    don't waste the seals of the crown on the rings

    They should add Gravestriker and Shadowstalker +5s to the Crown store. ;)

    Or, maybe add some new rings. E.g. some double defensive slot rings as they are scarce in the game, and they might be needed again for Tank style characters in Mod16. We don't want to go back to Sudden Defence +5, and Sudden Deflection +5 now do we?
